Organizational Information
Best Construction Services,
Inc., (BCSI) is a professional construction management firm
specializing in commercial construction within the State of Texas.
Our company originated in 1988 as a corporation with five
stockholders and historically has constructed mainly public school
facilities under the name Wayjuston Construction Management. In
July of 2000, then president of the firm, Samuel W. Best, purchased
the outstanding shares of the other four stockholders and as an
agreement to the purchase, changed the name of the company to Best
Construction Services, Inc.
Since that time, Mr. Best
has continued to build public school facilities but has also
expanded the vision of the company to include other projects such as
fire stations, county annexes, medical office facilities, retail
office spaces, retail finish out projects, bingo halls, and other
commercial construction projects. In addition to broadening the
company’s operational prowess, Mr. Best also expanded the services
provided, to include professional bond issue assistance,
construction claim assistance, expert witness services, and other
professional services which are described in more detail in the
services tab.
Location and Service Area
BCSI is centrally located in
Salado, Texas, directly on Interstate Highway 35, which is the major
North/South corridor within the State of Texas. From this home
base, we are able to service virtually all clients within the State,
with the exception of far West and South Texas. Although capable,
we have never taken on an out-of-state client, but would consider it
if called upon by our existing client base.
